Poppy (a/k/a Penellaphe Malin Raj) is a miracle puppy! Born after her mom’s rescue, she was the only surviving pup in the litter, and needed to be tube and bottle fed. In the face of enormous odds she thrived in Mandy and Scott’s loving home.
Bruce and Jackie spotted Poppy on HAL’s website in January and knew she was the one!! Poppy’s face could launch a thousand applications, so the competition was stiff!! With the help of Floyd the Goldendoodle, they were lucky enough to be chosen to be Poppy’s furever home.
Poppy and Floyd make the most awesome pair, spending countless hours playing tug, catching balls in the yard and dog park, and taking trips to the lake. Poppy is now bigger than Floyd (63 lbs) and makes new friends wherever she goes!!! The bad news…a queen bed is now too small for the four of us!
