Adoption Story
I adopted Ruca (aka Wendy) on January 25, 2014 when she was 9 weeks old. She had just arrived from North Carolina and I drove an hour in a snowstorm to get her. It has been an adventure ever since. She has hiked many mountains and been my co-pilot on numerous road trips, I’m pretty sure she has been to more states than most people. Ruca’s sweet soul and jovial personality have won over the hearts of all those who have had the pleasure of crossing her path. I will forever be grateful for being the person who got to adopt her as she has brought so much joy to my life.
