Adoption Story
Rescued from HAL in May of 2021. She’s rescued us as much as we have rescued her. One week prior to rescuing her, our dog Isabel passed away and we were devastated and heartbroken. Stormy helped us through our heartbreak.
All we know about her background is that she had been in multiple homes in her short life. She came to us very anxious and seemed to be mentally damaged. In two years with us she’s undergone professional training, sessions with a dog psychiatrist and is on low dosage of anxiety medication. She’s proven to be the most loving and loyal dog. She’s very happy and spoiled! She prefers to only socialize with us, so we are lucky we don’t have to share all her kisses and hugs!!! Last year we rescued her a brother (English Mastiff) and they have become BFF’s! We are so blessed to have Stormy!
