Rules

One pet per photo allowed.
Pet must be dressed up
You may enter multiple pets, each receiving their own votes.
Only pets, not people, are allowed in your photos.
Make sure the resolution on your photo is great. Most smart phones work fine.
The winners are determined 100% by community votes. There are no judges.
You are encouraged to promote your entry on social media to get the most votes.
Once entered, photos become property of HiTOPS to be used for print, social media, and marketing purposes.
All proceeds will go toward the program and services of HiTOPS.
