Treasure to Hickman County because...
The courthouse has been the center stone of our square all my life. So many historical events have took place inside this courthouse. Happy things, such as marriage licenses, and sad things, such as murder trials. I can remember hearing preaching on the courthouse lawn in the summer time, singers from a church in Lewis County would sing. Anything of any great importance was done at the courthouse. It’s a historical place, at least to me, it is.
The photo was made one lovely day while shopping at the Market Place. While on the 3rd floor, I happen to look out the window, and my heart skipped a beat at the beauty I saw in our small town. So with an iPhone, I snapped this picture.
