Your Pet's Story from his/her perspective
Hello, my name is Petey a.k.a. mama’s boy. I was rescued by my mom and dad when I was about 1 1/2 years old as I was abandoned by my previous family. I have a younger crazy, but lovable Jack Russell/Greyhound brother named Milo. I love to be cuddled, but only for short periods as I like my own space however, I love scratches as in my old age it is getting harder to do those things. I recently was diagnosed with a brain tumor, mom saw that something wasn’t right and rushed me to the emergency vet who took excellent care of me and has me on medication that is helping. The next few days were rough on all of us. I got extra cuddles from mom for sure. Even though I have some bad days, I am doing pretty well. I enjoy yogurt in the morning with my dad and my brother Milo. I make the most of my time enjoying the outdoors.
