Welcome to Horse Empowered Learning Programs, Inc. (H.E.L.P.), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making a profound difference in the lives of individuals facing physical and mental challenges. Since our inception in 1984, we have been committed to providing therapeutic support to our community in the greater Austin area through our Therapeutic Riding (TR) and Equine Facilitated Learning (EAL) programs.
