What my person says about me
A mom at just 7 months old living a feral life, Maya was trapped but could not be returned, so I took her in. She was a spitting, hissing, swatting thing cowering under a table in a spare bedroom. All these years later, she still does some occasional swatting and nipping and will always be a little wild at heart, but she likes to be close, too, and I know she loves and trusts me as much as she can a human, and I love her for who she is.
