Normy (originally Edgar) is a funny, affectionate, and energetic boy who is interested in everything. His current fascination is with drains. He thinks they talk to him as they drain. He is driven to figure them out and with his tenacity- he will! He was a CatPAWS rescue and we are thankful everyday that they saved from a high-kill shelter. Thank you CatPAWS!
