What my person says about me
I'm not sure who rescued who, but ever since she found me I've known unconditional love. We were both homeless when we first met and she would follow me everywhere I went at the shelter. I had come to the shelter with a lot of unresolved and untreated trauma/PTSD from the military. Some wonderful people helped me to get documentation to make her my emotional support animal through the VA and now both of us are no longer hopeless or homeless. She's the most amazing animal and has forever changed my life in such a beautiful way.
