- Digital photo entries will be accepted online beginning at 8am June 23, 2024 until 9pm July 14, 2024.
- Entry fee is a $10 donation to Harvest Hills Animal Shelter, for each photo. Unlimited entries.
- All donation proceeds benefit Harvest Hills Animal Shelter non-profit organization. Standard hosting platform fees apply as required by GoGoPhotoContest.
- To enter: complete the on-line entry form to submit your photo(s) and donation. All photos must be good quality with photo size to comply with the contest entry platform.
- All submitted photos are subject to review for appropriate/non-offensive content (entries will not be permitted if deemed inappropriate/offensive by contest hosts, and a refund will not be provided).
- Photos must contain one (or multiple) pets with no people in the photo. Unfortunately, photos that do contain people, will NOT be accepted for judging in this contest format.
- Photographs may not be AI generated. However, basic photo editing and enhancements to color, contrast and sharpness adjustments are permitted.
- Photographs may not be embellished with text or art and must not be copyrighted or watermarked.
- Photographs must include the name of the person who took the photo. Photographs taken by a minor (under 18 years of age) must be submitted by a legal guardian.
- You can enter as many photographs as you like for a $10 donation fee per photo entry.
- No compensation shall be given to photographers for the non-exclusive rights of their entries.
- All submitted photos and information become the (nonexclusive) property to be used at our discretion for any and all marketing purposes, in perpetuity.
- All donations are non refundable.
- Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. All online payments are made through a secure site and both credit and debit card transactions will be accepted.
- Contest host or non-profit recipients are not responsible for any technical problems or for late, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries. This is a fundraiser and should be entered into as such.
- Voting period begins August 1, 2024 at 8am and ENDS at 9pm on August 14, 2024. No votes count after.
- Votes are $1 each. There is no limit on the number of votes one can buy.
- The 1st and 2nd place judged winners and runners up, will be notified on August 15, 2024. Results of the on-line popular vote tally for 1st, 2nd and runners up will also be notified on August 15, 2024.
- Respective prizes may be picked up at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty, located at 2633 White Mt Hwy, North Conway, NH 03860.
