After we lost our sick dog Walter on Christmas Day, my husband donated Walter's unused medication to Harbor Humane. While there, my husband did a quick "loop" and there he was...the cutest Boxer named "Tig". We learned that "Tig", now named "Gus" was a long- term resident and had been passed over for adoption for 8 months. We also learned that Gus went through some ongoing health issues and had to be quarantined in a room by himself for the sake of the other animals. When my husband looked into the room, Gus looked up with these gorgeous human-like eyes. The rest is history! One of the greatest joys for Gus is to look out any window that is near or stick his head out and feel a warm summer breeze on his cute face. Gus, who is both animated and whimsical, has brought us so much joy.
