Callie is the best nurse one could find! We adopted her from a rescue after she'd spent 7 months with a foster after losing her elderly human who we think she took great care of in her golden years. We couldn't believe this gorgeous and well mannered lady was looked over but it must have been fate because I broke all the bones in my ankle right before she came into our lives. Shy Callie overcame her fear of new places to hop up onto the couch and start treating my injury with some tender purrs. She would set the pace when I knee scooted from room to room so I didn't go too fast and fall again. Fast forward five years and we've had to return the nursing; helping this sweet senior deal with seizures, pancreatitis, arthritis, thyroid and kidney issues. I hope you'll join me in showing Nurse Callie how beautiful she is inside and out.
