Ramsey’s story is genuinely an amazing one. It took three Rescues to save him after he was found abandoned and beaten in Egypt. His journey to a new life started with a few months recovery there, then a 12-hour flight to NYC, followed by 13 hours in a van for him to reach GRRR in Ohio. We watched it all unfold on the internet, and eagerly drove from Michigan to meet him .

In spite of all he has been through, Ramsey remains a sweet, smart, gentle, funny, loving Golden boy. We love him so much and are eternally grateful to Spirit Foundation for Animal Rescue in Egypt, Stray Dog Support, Inc., in Wisconsin, and especially to GRRR! You are our heroes! ❤️
