Makai, meaning towards the sea in Hawaiian, loved being in the water and jumping off docks. He resided on both coasts; from San Diego to Portland, Maine, a lived a life of unwavering loyalty and companionship. He taught his momma so many life lessons in his 15.5 years with her; always keep an eye on one another, keep smiling, a good day is one where you get dirty, sometimes the best day is one of rest.
