Your Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Luke and Leia in October 2020; they were 4-month old Goldador siblings. They were quite a handful. Their vet lovingly referred to them as “Rascals”. They were not our first family Goldens but they were our first pair and Leia was our first girl. With the help of Sharon, consistency and some training, we made it through the first year. We learned that some of their behavior issues were a result of anxiety from their past experiences. They are currently 2 years old. It has been fun watching their individual personalities develop. Luke allows Leia to boss him around most of the time but he does have his limits. Leia is like a cat at times; sleeping on the stairs and wanting attention on her terms. We love them and they love us and each other.
