Rules

1. GREYHOUND MOVIE STAR SEARCH CONTEST Casting Call Photo Contest Campaign ends April 30, 2017
2. Entry/Donation Fees are $25 per photo entry and $1 per vote (minimum 15 votes). There is no maximum number of votes. The more votes, the easier to win. You can share votes among all entries.
3. Submission Guidelines: all photos can be taken by pet owners or professional photographers, no stock photography accepted.
4. All entries can be of greyhounds only, or closeup shots with greyhound and owner in loving position,   Winners will be photographed by the production team with their owners during film production.
5. You may enter multiple dogs with its own entrant fee and , each receiving their own votes.
6. Once entered, all photos become the property of The National Greyhound Foundation Inc. to use for print, marketing purposes or other uses promoting greyhound adoption.
7. Any photo deemed inappropriate will be removed from the photo contest.
8. All net proceeds from the GREYHOUND MOVIE STAR SEARCH CONTEST will go towards the care and adoption of greyhounds of the National Greyhound Foundation Inc. and other selected qualified greyhound programs worldwide.
9. All donations are tax-deductible (please indicate if you would like a receipt for your donation).
10. All donations are final and non-refundable.  This is a fundraiser for greyhounds worldwide.
11. We encourage you to submit your favorite photos and description of the "wonder of your greyhound" and ask your family and friends to VOTE and support our rescue!
12. Submit your photo(s) with a minimum $25.00 donation per picture and a $15 vote donation to each dog.

15. Entrant must own full rights to photos and photos may not be copyrighted.
16. Entrant retains rights to image but by submitting to the The National Greyhound Foundation Inc. BEYOND WONDERFUL GREYHOUND MOVIE STAR SEARCH CONTEST , they are giving The National Greyhound Foundation non-exclusive and irrevocable royalty free license to use the photo as we wish in all media.
17. In the event the Documentary is not completed as scheduled, you will still be a part of the 2018 BEYOND WONDERFUL Calendar or Booklet to be released later this year.
18. All winners of Photo Contest will be notified on May 15, 2017. and Film Inclusion prizes disbursed upon completion of the Film and Calendar, date to be announced later.
19.   Grand Prize winners must be willing to participate in a scheduled shooting session with their greyhound in either their home setting or another location to be determined by the production team.

Each $1 donation counts as 1 vote, minimum 15 votes. You can place all votes on one entry or place them on multiple entries. When you donate to vote, you will have the option to "bank" votes to be applied on one or multiple entries as you wish.

1. We encourage all members supporting our photo contest to share the website with family and friends via social media or email. We will be sending out email updates for you to share with your friends and family urging them to continue VOTING for your greyhound.
2. All donations are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page.
3. Contest payments online are through a secure site. The NGF is a national 501(c)(3) not for profit organization, Fl #65-0491973

To vote online: Click on the Participate tab above. The online voting period will commence as soon as the contest launches on March 31, 2017 ending on April 30, 2017 11:59 EST. Donate a minimum of $15 for fifteen votes. Those votes can then be cast for any submitted photo in one-vote increments. Voters do not have to use all of the votes at the time of donation.

When voters donate, they will be given the option of choosing the Associate Producer Adoption Group partner they want to support and the category they wish their dog entered in. They can apply all of the votes to one photo, spreading their votes over various photos, or storing votes in their account. If a voter chooses to store the votes, voter can log in to their account using their ID and password and vote at a later time. All votes must be applied to selected photos by the conclusion of the voting period to be counted.

All photos will be eligible for submission for inclusion in the 2017 GREYHOUND: BEYOND WONDERFUL Documentary.

Donations are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. The National Greyhound Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All entrants will receive receipts for their contributions.
