Pet's Story or Bio
Jack's sweet mama brought him and his 3 sisters to our backyard last summer. They entertained us through the COVID summer months as they let us watch them from a distance (or practiced social distancing) and challenged us to try to get closer to them. Then at the end of the summer we brought them all into the shelter. When we excitedly told our daughter that Jack was ready for adoption to his forever home, she sobbed and told us that he was our cat. He adopted us!
Jack and our 5 year old daughter are the best of friends and he is the sweetest cat as he is so gentle and loves all the attention she gives him. He watches her leave and waits for her return as he sits on the window sill looking out. He enjoys rides in her doll stroller, watching his squirrel friend outside, playing with pipe cleaners, and many cuddles throughout the day. We just celebrated his 1st birthday this month.
