Sheba was rescued from an illegal breeder along with one of her surviving pups. She had been bred 4 times beginning at age 8 months, was rescued at age 2-1/2 with severe infections, malnourishment, dehydration and heart worm. GPRS brought Sheba to her Washington forever family in the summer 2003. Her surviving pup, Artemis, joined her two months later after extensive medical treatment. They keep each other company and play well together.
This lovely dog is incredibly smart, loyal, gentle with children, friendly with other dogs and people. Sheba is a joy to have with our family in our forever home.
