I had lost my long term dog nwd Jericho due to old age and Moon healed my heart. My boyfriend took me to KC pet project in March of 2024 and she was the first dog I met. Her and I instantly clicked. We played fetch in the run and she greeted me with all of her kisses. She melted me. They brought out 2 other dogs and none of them I connected with except her. The intention was just to look but, Moon healed the empty in my heart. We brought her home and she has been the best addition to our family!! We may have rescued her from shelter life but, she rescued my empty heart!
