I got Maggie as a little puppy when I was in my second year of pharmacy school. Professional school requires so much time and effort and can really take a toll on your mental health. I had always wanted a dog and thought what better time to bring the joy of a puppy into my life to help through the stress of school. Maggie has been there through it all - moved with me many times for school, residency, buying my first house, and getting married. She’s my soul dog. She recently had a health scare, and it just made me realize even more how special of a dog she is and how lucky I am she came into my life when she did.
