We adopted Delilah from the Great Plains SPCA in 2014, at the urging of our youngest daughter. Her sisters were away at college and she wanted a friend at home. Delilah was found on the streets, often was aggressive at first, but soon became very sweet and protective of all of us, including 2 foster children who moved into our home. Fast forward 10 years and she is a mellow, mostly blind, and hard of hearing sweetheart. She loves to cuddle and take walks around the neighborhood.
