Otto was adopted from the shelter in Raytown. He was emaciated, only weighing 8 lbs. He did not know how to be a dog, he couldn't eat out of a dish or drink water from a bowl. Now he is my best buddy! He uses the talking dog buttons and loves truck rides and all his toys. Look at that happy smile!
