Maddie was adopted from a small town in rural Kansas in 2019. Shortly after we discovered she had heartworms and finished her treatment right as COVID began. Maddie is a traveling pup who has been from western Kansas to Kansas City to St. Louis and to Lenexa, KS! She loves being with her people, but also loves her sis Aziza!

Aziza was adopted from a Warrensburg, MO shelter in August 2020. She’s been the most empathetic cat I’ve ever met and never ceases to make me smile.

Her and Maddie are the best of friends and are always there for one another - as you can see from the cuddles and kisses!
