We adopted Astro from the SPCA in July, 2024. He has brought light to our life as well as laughter, and yes, some lessons in patience...both for us and him. Not knowing him well, there was some consternation on introducing him to our 5 year old granddaughter. They are now inseparable and he lives for her visits. Astro may think he was rescued, but we think he rescued us!
