Pet's Story
Lil Dude came into rescue from a puppy mill in 2021 After being bounced around and very ill he ended up with GLBR after a desperate plea to save him from being euthanized. He had lots of health struggles that with time and holistic care he thrived from and healed. He became a foster fail very quickly. Despite his deafness and learning disabilities he thrived and became and amazing healthy boy. He competed in agility , Rally obedience and nosework.
He sadly lost a battle with multiple horrible hereditary heart conditions that came on suddenly and took my sweet boy away. 4 years was not nearly enough time but what he taught everyone he met was even with disabilities you can light up a room and accomplish anything.
He taught me patience , compassion and the true meaning of unconditional love.
The sweetest soul with a personality to match. We over came every challenge that was put in front of us except fate.
