About Us

Incorporated in 2001, GRCGLA Rescue has taken in over 4,800 Golden Retrievers.  Our volunteer force stands ready to help any Golden Retriever in need across six southern California counties.

Our commitment to the neediest cases - the old, the sick, the injured and the homeless - remains unparalleled in the rescue community.  We've established a strong network of helping hands to ensure we'll be there when we're needed, and have made a lifetime commitment to all our dogs.

The Golden Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Rescue was incorporated as a tax exempt 501c(3) charitable foundation in 2001, making us the oldest Golden Retriever rescue organization in southern California.

Our Mission: The Golden Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Rescue (GRCGLA Rescue) is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and
re-homing of abandoned and homeless Golden Retrievers.

We stand ready to never leave a Golden Retriever behind.
