Frankie is a special needs cat as he was 1 of 5 white kittens in his litter that was born deaf. He has a unique personality and enjoys life by viewing it up side down either in your lap, on the floor or outside. He has had a ferocious appetite, provides us with endless entertainment and lives with his mother, Marbles.
