'Mona was adopted at age 3 from a local humane society, where she waited a long time for adoption. She is still wary of her home after a year, but she definitely has moments where her happiness really shines. It has been difficult trasitioning an adult cat into a home with two other pets, but I'm so glad I adopted 'Mona and I hope that she can continue to be happy in her new home for many years to come.
