Suzanna is one of the happiest little beagles I know! She has been in foster care with me, through our local non-profit animal rescue, since Christmas of 2015. She and her sister were found as strays and taken to a rural shelter, where dogs have only 3 days to be adopted. Our rescue took them in as we are a no-kill shelter. Suzanna had an injury - spinal stenosis, likely from being kicked, so she has some difficulty walking, but that doesn't dampen her happy spirit and loving disposition - she loves everyone and smiles all of the time! She was also heartworm positive but is almost through that treatment. Due to the stenosis I have to pick her up to be with me on the sofa, but that is her happiest place to be, sitting or sleeping next to me and getting her belly rubbed. And in her most content state - she snores. Boy does she snore. If you've ever had a beagle, I guess you know what I mean! Of course on top of all of that, Suzanna has the goofiest grin! Suzanna is a sweet gentle spirit and goofy girl that will be a delight to her adoptive family!
