A little about me...
Maggie on left was adopted from a university research center where she was a breeder cat after being a breeder for pet stores. She was scheduled to be euthanized when the research vets called me to truly rescue her. They loved her and wanted her to have a good home. So home she came with me and had a fabulous life watching birds and squirrels and having room to roam. She paired up nicely with my other cat Gilligan and they were a couple for 10 yrs!

After he sadly passed on 3 yrs ago, I found her another companion Ralphie on the right. He came from another shelter and had been brought in by a neighbors who had been feeding and watching over him outdoors for 5 yrs. He came for a catch and release but the Staff said he didn't seem that interested in going back outside ( it was winter) . And 3 yrs later he still doesn't. He liked his wool blanket and pillow too much to leave. AND he and Maggie got along great and were always together roaming around the house and watching birds out the window. Sadly Maggie went to be with Gilligan last Fall so am looking for a new friend for Ralphie. Hopefully from the fabulous Gifford Shelter!
