Share a memory of your best friend and/or how they've helped you this past year (60 words or less):
This is Beans. He was part of my first set of foster bottle babies. Beans went through a lot in the first weeks of his life when he became “lame” and we didn’t know what was wrong. Turns out he has a hemivertebrae but has found the will to walk and is about 80% “normal”. To me, he is perfect.
