A little about me...
Keegan was surrendered by a puppy mill breeder when he was no longer needed. He was 7 1/2 and lived in a pen. He experienced no love, no treats, and no toys. He was a working animal. Luckily, GCCR rescued him and his foster mom helped show him what love is. He came to GCCR underweight, extremely hand shy,  a UTI and had 14 teeth extracted. I am fortunate that his foster mom chose me to help him experience a wonderful life as a pet. He is learning about being called a, “good boy”, hearing the words, “I love you”, playing freely with other dogs and getting treats. He is learning to walk with a harness and climbs stairs to sleep next to his mom and siblings. He has come a long way, but still needs to learn to trust humans. His new birthday is 8/6/24. .
