Grand Prizes:
- The photo contest winners are the top 16 entrants that get the most votes.
- The first place winner will win the coveted cover photo for the 2025 calendar, a photoshoot with C. Eaton Photography, and a $600 artwork credit good towards image collections and wallart purchases
- 2nd - 13th place winners will have their pet featured as a pet of the month, a photoshoot with C. Eaton Photography, and a $300 artwork credit good towards image collections and wallart purchases. These winners may choose their months by donating an extra $100 to The Chamber after the winners are announced. Month choice will be allowed on a first-come basis.
- 14th - 16th place are the runners up and will be called in in case any of the top 13 winners cannot make their photoshoot
- Entries featuring two pets will share a month if they place among the top 13 vote-getters.
- If multiple pets were entered separately, only the winning entry will be featured in the calendar.
- The top 16 vote-getters will have their pet professionally photographed by C. Eaton Photography, LLC for the 2025 calendar. Photoshoots will be held at on location in the Tucson area.
- All winners will have the option to have a full portrait session with the opportunity to purchase products and images following their session if desired.
*****If your pet is one of the 16 to be photographed for the calendar, you must be able to bring your pet to a photoshoot between June 15 and July 6th. If you cannot commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to the pre-selected location; in that case, you forfeit your winning, and the next top vote-getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, with no exceptions.*****
Weekly Mini-Contest Prizes:
One pet each week who receives the highest number of new votes for that week will win the weekly mini-contest. The winner will receive the vote multiplier that corresponds to the week. For example, if you receive 100 new votes during the week as listed below and the week's multiplier is 2x, you will receive an extra 100 votes to count as 200 votes for that week.
- Week 1 May 10 - May 16: 1.5x votes
- Week 2 May 17 - May 23: 2x votes
- Week 3 May 24 - May 30: 2x votes
- Week 4 May 31 - June 6: 3x votes
- Week 5 June 7 - June 12: 4x votes
