Dan was found as a one-week, half-pound, abandoned floof nugget on the patio of an old, curmudgeonly neighbor with a heart of gold. Not knowing what to do and without experience with cats, he enlisted the help of the two women next door. Dan survived a critical four weeks with his first two moms with the help of YouTube tutorials, community advice, and Eugene the Unicorn, who remains Dan's favorite sleepy-time snuggle buddy. As of this writing, Dan is a 3.4lb, 11-week-old, jaunty, playful, and extremely friendly and snuggly kitten. He is living his best life with two older fur brothers mentoring him in the ways of the well-dressed, single-button, dapper tuxedo life... and blessed with a hint of canine sensibilities. And he remains grateful that his namesake, curmudgeonly neighbor Dan, found him.
