Jackson (right) was found by animal control in WV in the dead of winter in 2011 and taken to a high kill shelter who euthanizes in 2 days. He'd been running for months & was the only dog not barking at the shelter. He is the sweetest boy ever and doesn't know what "no" means because he's never bad. Lily (left) was rescued a year later from the same shelter. Her family moved and left her outside in the cold weather. She didn't get along with any of our dogs at first. Now she's the queen of the house and bosses everyone around. Lily used to be mean to Jack, but now they are the best of friends. She cuddles with him at night and he likes to sniff her breath. They have the funniest personalities.
