Dessie had been returned to the Human Society once before we found her, poor baby! When she saw me the first time she gave me what we now call the "Dessie Hug". She is a lab/Shepard mix and as such can be very mouthy and very territorial. She is vicious to strangers but LOVES her family. She just needed someone to love and understand her much like most of us! She is famous for being a "dog blanket" (lays on you and loves all over you) and owns the nickname "Dess the Mess"! She plays with all her heart and teaches us how to live life to the fullest. I can't imagine life without my Dess!!!!
