Why there is "No Place Like Home"
I adopted Ziggy from FOAS 10 years ago when he was a feisty 6 month old puppy, and it's the one of the best decisions I have ever made. There's nothing better than coming home to a companion who greets me by running around while squeezing one of his many squeaky toys in his mouth. I like to think it's his way of vocalizing his excitement on seeing me home again. Staying home with him during the pandemic made me realize how much joy he brings into my life and I a treasure each day with him. Ziggy makes the statement "Home is Where The Heart Is" so true for me no matter where we are as long as we are together. His little gestures of love like sitting on my lap, and snuggling up to me in bed along with our daily walks makes his companionship truly makes my home feel whole. I am grateful every day for having such a beautiful soul share my his life with me.
