GERMAN SHEPHERD DOGS or dogs adopted from FRGSR only please .

All the money raised goes to help rescue. All submissions are subject to the contest rules set forth below. Whether your photos are chosen or not, you'll still be helping homeless dogs!


Rules/Guidelines:

1. It's just $5 to submit your dog's photo in this year's Calendar Photo Contest!.
2. The contest will end at 10:00:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Monday, October 16, 2023.
3. Each $1 donation counts as 1 vote. You can purchase as many as you choose until the very last minutes of the contest. Spread the word everywhere if you want your photo to win and help us raise donations! Ask family and friends to get online and vote for your dog– share with your social network friends. All donations are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page.
4. The top vote winner at the conclusion of the contest will be on the Cover of the 2024 Calendar. The original photo should be no smaller than 3072 pixels X 2304 pixels @ 300 dpi. If you win 1^st place and your photo is too small, we will contact you for another picture. Please watch your spam folder. If we don't hear from you within 1 week, we will move to the next person.
5. Any image that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent or obscene, as determined by FRGSR, will be removed from the Photo Fundraiser.
6. By submitting a photo to the contest, you affirm that you are the photographer, or have been given unrestricted use permission by the photographer, to include the photo
7. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you. You agree to indemnify FRGSR and hold them harmless from and against any claims of any nature arising in connection with the Calendar Photo Contest.
8. Entrants grant FRGSR permission to reproduce photographs for print and marketing or other purposes without any compensation.. By submitting a photo to the Calendar Photo Contest, the entrant agrees to give and grant to FRGSR, its nominees, agents, successors and assigns, unlimited authorization, consent and permission to publish and use any information about the animal and any reproductions of animal's likeness (photographic or otherwise).
9. You may enter as many photos as you wish, however keep in mind that friends and family votes add up so spreading those votes among multiple entries limit your chances of winning. Entrants and winners under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
   • No humans in photos, only dogs or other pets. We encourage seasonal photos and action shots. The best images tend to be in horizontal (landscape) format
10. The top thirteen (13) entrants with the most tabulated/donated public votes will be deemed the First through Thirteenth Place winners. Winners will be notified via website, email, or social media. The selection process will be determined by electronic tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding
