Keefer was rescued in an alley by Forte in July 2020. Devin fostered Keefer and nursed him through multiple surgeries and medical procedures due to a broken jaw. She became a foster fail and Devin and Keefer became a furever family. Keefer is the happiest boy you will ever meet. A vote for Keefer supports Forte to save more doggos to have furever homes!!
