Pet's Story or Bio
Marvin came to us almost a year after our 16-year-old fuzzbaby crossed the rainbow bridge. He was found as a stray, and we were finally healed enough to feel like we could open our hearts without comparing. It was love at first sight with his beautiful coloring and very human face, followed by his quirky little personality. Is it obvious why we nicknamed him "Mr. Glum"?? :) He's a very serious boy with zero interest in toys, and he seems embarrassed when we fawn over him, yet he clucks like a chicken when he's excited and occasionally breaks into the Zoomies. He's as attached to us as he is his food bowl, and almost a full year in we're patiently working on some issues like his portrayal of a 13 lb. sled dog while leashed, guarding our home against friends, finding critters in the bushes, and pulling down the dish towels when we have to leave him alone. I trust Mr. Glum knows we're his forever home, but he's not letting on!!
