Being a dog person, I said I'd have a cat if one showed up. Six weeks after my dog passed a stray kitten surprised me at my front door - on my late dad's birthday. That was a sign this tyke was to be mine (And I am his!) and now almost six years later, it continues to be a joyous journey with my first ever indoor cat.
