I’ve had Demon for 12 years— so far. We’ve been together through college, 4 states, and ALL of the big life changes. He never seemed stressed about any of the big adjustments. He vacations with me everywhere. When I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at 22, and had temporary nerve damage in my feet, he helped me get moving again. Starting with shorts walks, up to big hikes, because I couldn’t stand the thought of him missing out on winter fun. He did it calmly, which is a huge thing for an at-the-time 3 year old husky. He deserves the world.
