Comments/Description/Why Your Husky or Husky Mix Photo Should Win
We've been rescuing Huskies for 35 years. This is Sara. We were her 4th home in 10 months....and she'd already been hit by a car. She ended up being a daddy's-girl, and was a pistol. She always was up to play-fighting with our larger fuzzy-kids, and always seemed to find a pretentious way to get attention. There was a period of time, we couldn't have anything with corners on it. Pillows, cushions, tables....didn't matter, it couldn't be there. We lost her this past April [she was 12], when she went in for a routine surgery....and they found a large heart tumor. We were devastated to lose our our Little Princess. Unfortunately, we lost 3 of our 4, in 18 months. I had to get another fuzzy-kid for our lone male, this past April. He wasn't gonna make it on his own.

We miss and love you terribly, Sara-Bear.
