Comments/Description/Why Your Husky or Husky Mix Photo Should Win
Gabe not only is a husky but he is what rescue is all about. Gabe was hit by a car and turned into the shelter. He was pulled from the shelter and has had several surgeries in the short time that I've had him. He may still drag his leg but in my eyes he's perfect. His goofy outlook on everything is something to admire. You can tell he is just happy for a second chance on life.

Rescue Shout Out
I'd like to give a shout out to foxy and the hounds. Not only did they respond to my Facebook plea for a rescue backing but they pulled him same day and arranged for Gabe to have his first surgery the very next day. My intention was never to keep Gabe but I am a true definition of a foster failure.
