Comments/Description/Why Your Husky or Husky Mix Photo Should Win
I think Casper should get a spot in your calendar because he embodies everything that's great about this breed. When Casper was brought into the shelter that I volunteer for he was severely abused & starved down to 46lbs, he was soaked to the bone & his fur was frozen...even though he had all these horrible things going on he STILL had his husky smile. Casper was so trusting, sweet & kind through all of his vet visits & rehabilitation, everyone loved him. No matter how rough he looked he always had his sweet husky smile at the ready for everyone. We decided that he was meant to be ours we just couldn't imagine him being adopted to any other family. The only problem with that was that our town only allows 2 dogs per family & we already had 2 dogs, so what did we do...we set out looking for an acreage so that we could adopt Casper. After a few months of looking we found a small acreage that was perfect for us & our furry family & we filed our adoption papers so that Casper could become a permanent member of the family. We still call Casper our 250,000 foster fail lol but we wouldn't change a single thing we did, we love Casper with all our hearts ♥️ we still continue to foster & Casper is always first on the scene to make all the fosters feel more comfortable.
