Jack was kenneled in the "unadoptable" section of FOHA, but we were convinced that he was meant to live with us. We had to come out to visit him every weekend for 2 months before we were allowed to adopt him. He LOVED his life on the farm and was the most loyal, loving, and happy dog. We realized that in his not-so-good pre-rescue puppyhood, he had learned to growl when he was happy and was probably deemed unsociable for that. Jack crossed the rainbow bridge in January of 2021 and is terribly missed. Best. Dog. Ever!
