Freckles traveled from West Virginia to FOHA in 2018. I was by no means in the market for a dog, but after stumbling upon his FOHA bio by sheer serendipity I knew I had to have him. Tucker has been with me for 4 years, 2 states, 5 apartments, and many life changes. While I wasn’t in the market for a dog, my life changed when I found my best friend.
