Florida Rose Of Tralee 2016 People's Choice Voting Rules

1. Voters will vote for their "People's Choice" selection based upon the 2016 contestants listed on the official website.
2. Online voting will begin July 5, 2016. Online voting will end on August 1, 2016 at 12:00 AM (ET).
3. Online voting is open to anyone that is at least 16 years of age.
4. Voters may vote for as many contestants as they choose and as many times as they choose.
5. One vote equals $1.00 (US dollar) donation.
6. Voters must vote a minimum of five (5) votes or $5.00 US dollars for any given contestant.
7. Percentages of all donations will be distributed accordingly: Seventy percent to be used for the Irish American Young Leaders and a Collegiate educational scholarship fund and other associated costs/fees; Thirty percent to benefit People's Choice Ambassadors program and events.
8. No refunds will be issued to any voter for any reason, under no circumstances.
9. There will be one winner among all contestants.
10. The winner will be announced on August 1^st, 2016.

Winner will receive the following prizes:

• A fabulous round trip to Ireland in August, airfare & accommodations' and attend all the Rose Of Tralee International Festival of events, photo shoot.
• She will also win the opportunity to be the People's Choice Ambassador in Florida for all meet & greet and events.
• A special web page devoted just to her on the Florida Rose Of Tralee website, with her sponsors and followers.

Prizes are non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

Florida Rose Of Tralee, Rose Of Tralee Festival International, USG Performing Arts, is not responsible for (a) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions , whether caused by, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Voting or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a voter ability to participate in the Voting.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or manipulate any program or equipment to undermine the legitimate operation of this Voting may be a violation to criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Florida Rose Of Tralee, Rose Of Tralee Festival International, USG Performing Arts, reserves the right to seek recourse against any such person to the fullest extent of the law.

Rules and procedures are subject to change at State Directors discretion without notice.

Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall be resolved by Florida Rose Of Tralee, USG Performing Arts, management in a manner that is fair to all parties.
