Enter the favorite photo of your Dachshund or Dachshunds to win one of 12 coveted spots in the FLDR 2016 Calendar.

This contest is open to anyone. Your photo entry does not have to be of a FLDR rescue. We love all Dachshunds and welcome entries from all Dachshund owners (Dachshunds only, no people in photo).

We encourage you to share your entry and encourage others to vote, vote, vote!


You must submit a photo of your Doxie(s) and include:

• Name of Doxie(s)
• Doxie's Age
• Your Name
• Your Phone Number & Email Address (not published)
• Your City and State
• A paragraph that tells voters something fun or interesting about the dog in the photo. Is this a Florida Dachshund Rescue Doxie? If so, how long has he or she been a part of your family? Can you share something special that we could include on our calendar if your photo wins?

• Each entry is a $10 tax deductible donation.
• Multiple entries are encouraged and honorary doxies too!
• All photos must be uploaded. Photo should only include the dachshund(s), no people. Photos must be high resolution (at least 4 MB in size). Sorry, we cannot accept hard copies.
• All entries must be the original work of the entrant. You must own the copyright to the photograph.
• FLDR reserves the right to modify or clarify any of the contest rules during the term of the contest without advance notice.
• Entries will be taken from March 8, 2015 at 9:00 AM, Eastern time until July 31, 2015 at 9:00 PM, Eastern time.
• Voting will commence July 1, 2015 at 9:00 AM Eastern time and will run until August 31, 2015 at 9:00 PM Eastern time.
• When commenced, each vote is $1 and the top 12 photos will be featured in our 2016 calendar! Any photos not chosen as the top 12 will be randomly entered on a date throughout the calendar (so everyone is a winner).

Florida Dachshund Rescue is a 501(c)3 organization. Donations are tax deductible. All donations are non-refundable.

Just want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a day to honor your Doxie. Your Doxie's photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay! First come first served! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available. Note, this will not enter your dog in the contest. Each day is $10. Submit your photo and $10 donation here!
